Large multi-family (5+ units) wholesale investment in Mobile.

Sale price: $280,000

My wife and I found this deal Driving for Dollars. We took a picture of the property and sent the owner a letter. Within a few days the owner called us and we negotiated a great deal.

15 units for 280K? Seems like an extremely low purchase price. Does it need a lot of work? Where is it located? etc?
