Rehabbed 3/2 on a great street, in a great neighborhood, that was already rented before closing!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Storehouse 3:10 Ventures is a fantastic company that consistently delivers solid rehabbed homes.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was next on the list for a property with Storehouse 3:10

How did you finance this deal?

I used my own money

How did you add value to the deal?

I added value by the relationships I have developed with others

What was the outcome?

Appraisal came in $20,000 over purchase price.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Continuing to work with Storehouse

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Please reach out to Stu Grazier and David Gutierrez at Storehouse 3:10.
