What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is an ongoing transaction. Property is a retail storefront plus a separate 3 bedroom 2 bath house in the back. I was interested in this deal because of the the price.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Seller called me from my ads. I didnt really negotiate it. Seller dictated the transaction and I was ok with it.

Too Funny..  WE used to stay in cabins behind that place around 66 to 67.. when my Dad started his real estate business in Lake co.. he bought a subdivision above town called College Heights.. we spent the summer up there bull dozing the roads in..  Never took off ergo the prices are still very low Vis a vi CA real estate.
