Investment Info:

Retail commercial investment investment in Middleburg Heights.

Purchase price: $5,000
Cash invested: $110,000
Sale price: $230,000

Commercial property (Restaurant) build operated and sold. Needed Permits, Architect and Engineers. Had to meet City standards and sold for profit.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Passion for Food.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Leased property and negotiated on 10 year Lease.

How did you finance this deal?

ALL Cash and financed from Home Equity loan(s).

How did you add value to the deal?

Build the brand name overtime and also added beer and wine licenses etc.

What was the outcome?

SOLD the business for profit.
