Investment Info:

Retail buy & hold investment in Springdale.

Purchase price: $2,000,000

Nice strip center right on the main road running North and South right next to the mall! We were in a bidding situation but the investor I was working with ended up taking the property. It cash flows wonderfully and is likely to appreciate. Nice looking too!
