Hey BP community, hope this message finds everyone well!

I’m a newbie investor from Boulder colorado looking for a little help with my investments.

I’m looking to buy a cpl student rentals in Ohio for my first investments. Is this a good idea or not?

I’m looking for properties around 100k 3-4 bedrooms, close to Ohio State that could be cash flowed. Is this possible?

My biggest concern is do you think that students rentals will be hurt if covid shuts down schools and students are doing all there classes online?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all!

@Forrest Shaw

As of right now OSU has announced they plan on having an in person fall semester. Hopefully that doesn’t change.
