Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Reno.

Purchase price: $650,000
Cash invested: $65,000

I purchased Ralston as a buy and hold that I am converting into a residential assisted living facility in Reno, NV. It was previously an assisted living facility already and was in compliance with egress and fire. It's currently being licensed for 10 beds.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Residential assisted living facilities was our family business for over 30 years. I started investing in buy and holds and realized I could also start businesses to operate within the properties and create another income stream.
