Hi!

I have two boutique 10 bed residential senior living facilities in Reno, NV that I am managing remotely from the Bay Area. My current situation is no longer sustainable so I have reached out to property managers in the industry but have had no luck since they are smaller facilities. Does anyone know of any property managers that handle smaller facilities or of any experienced operators who are motivated and open to partnering?  Please reach out to me if anyone has any ideas. I've put a ton of time and money into these projects and would hate to turn them into airbnb's without exhausting other options. Thanks in advance!

I purchased Ralston as a buy and hold that I am converting into a residential assisted living facility in Reno, NV. It was previously an assisted living facility already and was in compliance with egress and fire. It's currently being licensed for 10 beds.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Residential assisted living facilities was our family business for over 30 years. I started investing in buy and holds and realized I could also start businesses to operate within the properties and create another income stream.
