Closing cost advice

So I'm in process of closing my 1st deal in East Texas (White Oak). The price of the home is 175,000 we have $4000 paid by seller for closing. It's a 30 year FHA loan with 3.5 down. I'm using a mortgage broker. What should I expect at closing out of pocket she's supposed to be getting with me later this week with some numbers we're just super excited/anxious. Also what are some ways I can mitigate some of my closing costs. Any advice is definitely welcome. Thanks In advance.
