I wanted to share a win!
I've had many ups and downs as I tackle my first 4plex house hack. But I had one really big win that I wanted to share with you all;
My first tenants got married a week ago. Great couple with a wonderful future and they choose my apartment (rehabbed with my blood sweat and tears) as their first home together! How cool is that!
Those intangible factors aren't found on any of the BP calculators.... maybe we can fix that @Brandon Turner @Scott Trench
