Condo buy & hold investment in Strongsville.

Purchase price: $110,000
Cash invested: $5,000

First Property. Lease with option to Buy. I purchased with only security deposit. I just graduated college and just have filled bankruptcy. I found the buyer that was transferring out of state due to new job, We agreed on a lease with option to buy. Still own property,

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

No money down.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Local newspaper and called seller direct.
