Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $273,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $400,000

Purchase to flip and moved in.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Writing offers for nearly a year on this one house.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My Brother and Agent lives next door. Said he had our next flip it was a foreclosure and the tenant that would not let anyone into the home.
