Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Stockton.

Purchase price: $330,000
Cash invested: $20,000

3/2 Single Family Rehab - purchased from MLS

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We needed to make some money as a broker we collected a commission at close.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We have a line of credit from a friend that allows us to purchase up to 4 houses at a time.

How did you add value to the deal?

Kitchen, Baths flooring paint and fixing misc

What was the outcome?

On the market

Don't buy because you need a $, plus we work with once houseless Veterans and we needed a job for them.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Been a Broker for 30 years. Worked with the Buyers Agent and Title people.
