Matthew might be on to something there. Recently saw that Greenville SC is ranked top 10 for growing cities for jobs and investing, and the city shows it. New restaurants every week, and prices are stable right now.

 Hey. So on your tax return, you don't put that money that you paid yourself on any line if you pay yourself via owners draw? Since that money was already taxed once as rents..

Rents seem to be going up along with the housing prices. 2/1 seems to rent well compared to the cost of acquiring them. 3/2 that are rent-ready might be overpriced compared to what you could get in rent.
