Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $134,999
Cash invested: $80,000

Condo In Bloomfield New Jersey. Currently under contract, plan to live in it for a year and then rent it out.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I like rental properties as long term investments, my parents owned several properties and I realized how great this type of investing was through what they have provided for my family.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

How did you finance this deal?

My own cash and raised the rest of the money through partner.

How did you add value to the deal?

I found the deal and did all of the work.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am a real estate agent so I put the deal together myself.
