Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Kansas City.

My first OOS rental property. What can I say, it's been a whirlwind, gained a lot of real world experience, but we got it done. Onto the next one.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

There was already a tenant with a new lease, property in a great area, and priced under market value.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

From another investor.

How did you finance this deal?

Private money

What was the outcome?

Cashflowing nicely and plan to refi in 6 months to do it again.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

There was a discrepancy regarding the title and the close date kept getting pushed back.
