Help with analyzing a deal

Hi All,

I found a 4-plex in Hagerstown, MD on sale for $179,000. I ran the numbers, and I wanted other investors help to ensure/guide me in regards to properly calculating all of these costs. I used the Rental property calculator on this one.

(I used the rental income total provided by the links above. It is 100% tenant occupied.)

I think I have a good deal here; are there any red flags I am missing? I am very new to this, so I would understand if I am way off. I am all ears, please leave any feedback you can offer. Thanks in advance.
