Upstate NY, small 3 bed,1 bath -800 S.F. in nice area. similar homes sell for
65-85. This one listed at 79,000 ,on market almost 3 years (orig. price 119,000). My offer of $48,000 accepted. Move in condition .taxes 2900 yr.+insur 400 yr. Can be rented out for 800 + util.
Dose this meet the 50% rule?not sure how to evaluate that-thanks!
