What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I am active duty military and bought the condo as primary residence but searching with the intent of renting out when I PCS'd. Made the mistake by not refinancing my VA loan to a conventional loan while it was still my primary residence. I have refi'd this property under an investment mortgage and eating up much of my cash flow.
