I am renting out for 1700 then going up to 1750. It is below market rate. I have a neighbor who just listed theirs for 1950 3b3b but it is 200 sqft bigger. 

Hi Erin! We are doing long term rentals and signed my tenant to an 18 month lease. We are renting a little below market but she is a very good tenant and takes good care of the place. We ended up not raising rent for the first 6 months but then the next 12 goes up $50.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am active duty military and bought the condo as primary residence but searching with the intent of renting out when I PCS'd. Made the mistake by not refinancing my VA loan to a conventional loan while it was still my primary residence. I have refi'd this property under an investment mortgage and eating up much of my cash flow.
