Seller got in touch with us through our website of course...

We simply didn't have the capacity to take on more leads so she fell through the cracks.

She kept and kept on calling us.

several weeks later we said FINE, Whaa Yoo Wawnt.

"Please buy my house", the seller humbly responded..

and a few weeks go by again.

We get an other message from seller, You still interested?

Well we felt bad of course so we put everything on hold and gave her an offer.

well we bought the house for $89K

Rehab : $56K

Proffit: $66K

5 hours on MLS, we got a bidding war.

We sent all the offers back with the message:"Yo bloods... try again. This time with your highest and best offer".

Got several above asking price offers... the rest is history.

When you hear people say: "You make money when you buy".. listen! It is true!

Good luck all!
