Vinyl siding and fuel oil tank are new in 2019. Rental Income: 1 Front $800.00; 1 Rear $650.00; 2 Front $675.00; 2 Rear $750.00 = $2,875.00 monthly and $34,500.00 annual. Expenses: RE Tax $6,019.04; Water/Sewer $1,767.39; Heating Oil $6,792.36; House Electric $819.22; Rubbish $1,200.00; Mow/Plow $1,200.00 = $17,798.01.
