Can’t find local good deals...what area should I turn to?

Having trouble finding deals in western pa. Looking to buy out of state can anyone make suggestions on areas with good deals?

I don't think your problem is specific to western PA, this is a problem most are having around the country. I'd hesitate to go outside of your geographical region for "good deals", you might end up with a bad deal further away in an area you don't know as well, which would just make it harder to deal with.
