Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Mount Carmel.

Purchase price: $7,500
Cash invested: $6,000

2 Bed 1 Bath Rent to Own!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The Purchase price of these properties versus the Rental income is outstanding!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This was a result of Facebook Marketing.

How did you finance this deal?

I have private lender friend who funds 100%

How did you add value to the deal?

We put new flooring, new boiler and a fresh paint job!

What was the outcome?

Fantastic! It profits around $300 per month!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

There was a water leak in the domestic water supply under the street. We had it repaired and away we go!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with a private lender and I market to buy and rent on Facebook!
