Split the property for sale

I have a farm house on 3.5 acres. I have put the property on market for the last few weeks but i didn't get any showing. The property is expensive, so I am thinking about splitting the property into  3 pieces. I can sell the house on 1.5 acres and 2 piece of 1 acres land individually. 

What do i have to do to split the property? The property is currently only have 1 tax id.
