Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in West Allis.

Purchase price: $132,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Sale price: $195,000

We remodeled the kitchen with granite counters, added iron rods where wood fencing use to be. Replaced all of the carpenting and remodeled the master bathroom.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I knew there was equity in the home, it just needed some TLC.

Investor, who made 12% but only for 2.5 months so a total of $4k.

How did you add value to the deal?

I updated the home and made it a better place to live.
