Post: Mortgage Notes Offered In Milwaukee

Are you interested in receiving checks for a couple of hundred dollars in your mail box each month?  Do you understand how investing in notes is more lucrative than investing in the stock market?  I currently have 10 happy investors that make between $400 and $500 monthly by investing in notes for properties that I rehab.  Milwaukee is a great area for people out of state to invest in because we have lower property values, which makes note investing easier because you have to come up with less cash.  I will give you the address of the property before you invest in it and when it sells you receive your original investment back, while receiving checks in the mail each month for the interest that I pay you.  Curios?  Check out my website and give us a call to learn more about note investing today!  www.ryansbuying.com

Will do, if we decide to pull the trigger on it!  There is not enough information on the company to comprehend the investment at this point.

Thank you Jerryll, I agree that it sounds too good to be true.  They are a company that only calls for real estate clients.  I am going to do some more research on them and see what I come up with.  I really appreciate your advice on this!:)

Hello Jerryll, thank you for your post.  This company does call the leads and then vets them, so they say and by the time you talk to the home owner they are interested in selling to us.  This does sound too good to be true but we are trying to ramp up our inventory for 2020 and our auctions are flooded with new investors jacking the prices up.

Looking into LeadKnack, they promise 10 solid leads from their list creation and telemarketing this list. Has anyone tried a company like this?  I would appreciate any thoughts on this to see if this would be a good investment in 2020!

I recently started investigating Micro Flipping and would like to hear from anyone who has heard good or bad information about it.  I keep reading articles by the software companies who obviously want to sell their software.  Does anyone use it and has it worked for them.  Please tell me the good, bad and the ugly if you can.  Thank you in advance!
