First deal at 26yo!

I just purchased my first SFR 3bed 1.5bath in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

I will either rehab and rent it or rehab and sell,

The normal rent for the area is around 950$-1000$

haven’t decided yet.

This is a BIG step.

They say the first deal is the hardest one, they’re right, even tho I have been a business owner for 2.5 years and I deal with money and expenses all the time it was very scary but I did it and I am ready for the next to come.

For anyone that is scared of the first deal, just go for it and do it.
