Hi @Dylan Cronkhite,

Even if you are not ready financially, you can always invest in learn more about the things you are planning to invest. If it is real estate, try to do a "mock" investment where you would visit the property you like to get a fell of what it is like. Learn the process and analyze the deal as if you were going to buy it.
