First fix in flip in Holiday florida

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Holiday.

Purchase price: $115,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $195,000

REO home 2/2, rehabbed into a 4/2 fix and flip

sold the home and learned allot

do a full inspection before purchase, i did not just did and ARV appraisal, and 4 point found moisture in the roof that we did not find. Working with licensed contractors not handyman
