Airbnb using others Rental property

I have properties in multiple cities and would love to add Detroit to my list if I can connect to someone on BP who are local.

In regards to AirbnB; I am interested in short term rentals and I have notice folks are selling a step by step course on using other folks rental properties for AirbnB.  Has anyone used any of the training and if so please share your experience.
