Single-family residence fix & flip investment in El Paso.

Purchase price: $52,000
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $80,000

Remodel had already been started on this property in the lower valley. Purchased off a wholesaler.
Learned what a "flood zone" was and what it was like to live right next to a train.
