Longer big project, bought for price of lot
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $110,000
Cash invested: $65,000
Major fixer, still deciding whether to rent or flip when complete. ROI will be huge either way.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The price! Couldn't be beat!
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Off market, other investors had turned it down due to the amount of work. I offered 100k, she wanted 150k, but sold for 110k.
How did you finance this deal?
Traditional lender, just squeaked by. Cash for rehab.
How did you add value to the deal?
Took a tear-down to almost gorgeous (will be done soon).
What was the outcome?
So far, phenomenal!
