Retail commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $7,000,000
Cash invested: $10,000

LP Investment in a sale-leaseback transaction with a up-and-coming company. Property in a prime location with great demographics.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Portfolio diversification

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Brought to me through a connection made at a networking event. There was no negotiation, as I am a Limited Partner(LP) in his deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

Brought in other investors to fund a $60,000 investment into the deal.
