Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Denham Spgs.

Purchase price: $36,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $136,000

house flooded on the 2016 flood. House was bare-bone and we did most of the work.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

house had good structure and it seam barely was to fix

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

found it on zillow and negotiated it down $10K

How did you finance this deal?

personal money

How did you add value to the deal?

house needed everything new. from walls to pluming. Made the Master Bath a full bathroom

What was the outcome?

after closing cost we made about $30K

find a contractor instead of doing the work ourselves.

no.
