Deals of the day advice.

Hello all,

I am currently watching as many possible deal of the day (walk thru), regarding price, renovation needs and cost, and comparative market prices for rents. While Bigger pockets has a wealth of examples, I am running out of new ones to review. I was wondering if you all had any good resources or ones of your own you would be willing to share with me.

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks all!

Hi Andrew,

Are you watching these in your market? Real estate is so location specific, this strategy might outlive its usefulness to you. Maybe take your local Zillow and track the asking price, selling price and your best guess at the renovation level needed from the pictures. And cross as many local thresholds as your time allows! Good luck.
