Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Ft Lauderdale.

Purchase price: $162,000
Cash invested: $62,000
Sale price: $255,000

Duplex - Cash flowed $600 a month for 4 years - $28,000. No major fixes. Was turnkey (tenanted) when purchased. Cash proceeds of $130,000 at closing, a 210% return on investment without including cash flow. No capital gains - held in a Qualified Retirement Plan (QRP).
