Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Auburn.

Under contract on our FIRST investment!!!
This sinlge family home will be a buy and hold. Needs a little bit of TLC but should be a great rental! I will post pictures after we close along with some progress as we fix it up!
