My wife and I are starting our real estate investment journey and the Denver market seems unattractive to me from an investment perspective. I am looking into lower cost investments and randomly chose Indianapolis, IN. The above deal is in that general location and I was hoping for some feedback as this is the first property I found that meets Brandons 12% COC and $100/door requirement.

Yea bedford is a little ways to the south.........im a born and raised hoosier and i dont think ive ever been there........dont know much about it honestly......
