Investing is Houston

Hey Everyone, I'm looking to invest in Houston, Tx. I am thinking about buying a multi-family home (duplex or triplex). I am currently living in California, so I don't know much about the Houston market. I am worried that this will not be a wise investment. What do you all think?

@Corey Law I wouldn’t do it as you pay high income taxes in California and high property taxes in Texas. Lots of taxes
