Frustrations and Irritation of Raising Funds

This morning I woke up so frustrated and irritated because I am trying to raise $125k for my newest mixed-use project I have under contract and I feel like I have been failing to raise funds and hitting a brick wall. Then I reached out to one of my RE friends to let her know I was thinking about her and that I was frustrated and her words of encouragement shifted my thoughts. So instead of staying frustrated and irritated I took some deep breaths and I started thinking of how I could make this happen then the light bulbs came on. I will find 5-6 family/friends/associates/REinvestors to invest $20-$25k and in return I will give them their full investment back + interest within a 1 year time frame. I am so excited I just needed to tell someone. This is a reminder to turn your frustrations and irritations into actions. There is always a way.
