Hey Everyone,

So I am looking at a single family property in my town (multi-family is hard to come by in my town) that is in need of repair from the outside. I am currently trying to get access to view the whole property. This would be my first property and the plan would be to rent out the extra rooms to responsible friends for a year as a house-hack and then BRRRR it and move on and just rent it out as a SFR. I have been educating myself heavily in the multi-family rentals but have not given much thought to a SFR using the BRRRR/house hack strategy. Does anybody have any thoughts on this? All opinions are very much appriciated. Thanks!
