Profit if Sold Calculation

Jeff L.

Posted

Could someone tell me how this calculator works? It says after 30 years my property will be valued at $752,000.00 It also tells me if I sell it in 30 years my profit will be $1,04,414.00 ... Am I crazy or does that make no sense?

Thanks in advance

@Jeff L. did you ever figure out how this "profit if sold" calculation is generated? I've been trying to understand the same thing. I haven't been able to reproduce.
