Are you saying this "profit if sold" also calculates the monthly profit I get from rent over 30 years?

Could someone tell me how this calculator works? It says after 30 years my property will be valued at $752,000.00 It also tells me if I sell it in 30 years my profit will be $1,04,414.00 ... Am I crazy or does that make no sense?

Thanks in advance

if I can break even for 25 years and sell it for $1m profit (just using the information from the calculator) why is it such a bad idea?

Would you guys agree this would be a solid deal if the true plan was to hold for 30 years? I am currently mid 20's.

Hey guys,

I uploaded a rental property that I physically own. The formula came out to $1,000 more than I pay each month for my P&I (I know for a fact as I am actually paying it now). This obviously skews my numbers, any idea how to change?

I also am putting more down a month to pay off the debt fast. Does not seem like any way to alter this either.

Thanks
