Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Reno.

Purchase price: $300,000
Cash invested: $75,000

This is a project we were introduced to when a friend came to me looking for someone to acquire this property which has been in her family for years. She was not able to purchase it for a while and was hopeful someone would lease option it to her with a long term of 5 years. I was only happy to help with this. The home needs a new roof and a little bit of work, however, it will make a nice little investment for the 5 year term she is interested in.
