Our guest speaker for the month of March is Carl Dexter of Abritrage LLC (Sacramento, CA). Carl will be speaking about the Pre-Foreclosure Dragnet System

Carl Dexter has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate pre-foreclosures. He bought his first home the conventional way in 1980 at the age of 20. In 1984, he started buying investment properties the same way in 1984. By 1987, he discovered pre-foreclosures but didn’t know squat nor where to find information.

Fast forward, several years later through to power of association he enrolled in a foreclosure class as it relates to acting as a foreclosure trustee. Also, he started Capitol City Foreclosures, which conducted foreclosures in the greater Sacramento area. In that business, he would buy Notes and Deeds of Trust from his clients and properties after the foreclosure sale.

Over the 30 years of being involved in pre-foreclosures and experiencing just about every imaginable real estate problem, he created the Pre-Foreclosure Dragnet system. This system allows real estate entrepreneurs to profits from real estate deals where most investors would pass up tens of thousands of dollars because of a lack of knowledge.

He's been teaching his system locally for 5 years now. With much material and success, the Pre-Foreclosure Dragnet has been franchised to complete against HomeVestors (We Buy Ugly Houses) franchise.
