Any thoughts on this property.

It is a 6-unit MFH. Rents look a little low at 1.5%, but that is based on asking price not purchase price.

wondering if i'm missing anything...

When speaking about cash flow, do most of you refer to it pre or post debt service?

If you can get commercial MFR financing at 5% over 30 years, you need to get me the name & number of your bank(er).
