My second buy and hold property
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $91,000
Cash invested: $18,000
This house was purchased more for the appreciation potential than the monthly cash flow. It's a 4 bed/2 bath, stone exterior house.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
These stone exterior house were only built for about 15 years from the late 1940's - the early 1960's. They have a lot of character and hold their value extremely well.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Driving for dollars
How did you finance this deal?
Hard money, then refinance with a bank loan.
