Hey everybody, has anybody used the online software for flipping called flipster? I am signed up on Grant Cardone’s email newsletters and it just seems too good to be true for $97

I am shocked no one has responded to many of these posts talking about Flipster. I am contemplating it myself and can't find much of anything to help me make a decision.
