Areas of Merrillville IN (NWI) for 4unit
Everyone, I’m looking to dive into the NWI market as I feel it’s a better bang for the buck than more local to me. I was concentrating on valpo and Chesterton and I figure Merrillville should be fine as well. Any area I should avoid? In between Merrillville and new Elliott should be fine, no? I see whole streets with 4fams and isn’t far enough north to be thinking it’s Gary.
It seems it might still be a c-class but if demand is high, and with a good property manager, it should be fine, no?
